In the south western province of Guizhou, China government is compelled to bring 2000 riot police in a small county. 300 people were arrested for rioting. According to Vox Poppuli a government official’s son raped and murdered a 17 years old girl. Later on the police released the culprit stating that there was new rape before the death of the victim and she commited suicide by jumping into the river.

This ingnited the volcano of vox poppuli and 30000 people started destroying government property and police target. In China there is every thing owned by the government only. In latest development through official media government promised re-inquiry into the case only to close the case file later on as and when the public forgets the incidence.
